Rare product of excellence, characterized by a decidedly more delicate flavor than other varieties of garlic. It has enormous dimensions, being able to reach 800 grams in weight. Eliminate the flower stem when it first appears (usually in May). The harvest takes place between June and July, when the vegetation turns yellow. Under stressful conditions, it can form a single bulb like onions, which does not affect its quality. Packaging: 10 cm pot.
